Who We Are
CulturaViva Experiences (CVE), a trading name of Exponentiallity LTD (“we,” “our,” “us”), operates the website located at https://culturavivaexperiences.com. Based in the UK, we specialize in delivering cultural and immersive experiences with a focus on community enrichment and wellness.

Our priority is to ensure the trust and confidence of our visitors and customers. This Terms and Conditions document outlines the policies governing bookings, payments, refunds, and cancellations for our experiences.


1. Bookings and Payments

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by CVE.
1.2 Payments can be made online via major credit and debit cards. By making a payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. Specific deposit amounts will be indicated during the booking process.
1.4 The balance of your payment must be settled no later than the specified due date provided in your confirmation email.


2. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation by Customers

2.1 If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us as soon as possible. The cancellation will take effect on the date we receive written confirmation from you.
2.2 Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • More than 42 days before the event: 25% of the total booking value.
  • 41–29 days before the event: 50% of the total booking value.
  • 28 days or fewer: 100% of the total booking value.

2.3 Deposits are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation due to extraordinary circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation by CVE

2.4 In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund of all payments made, or
  • An alternative experience of equal or greater value (subject to availability).

2.5 Our liability in the case of cancellation by us is limited to the value of payments received from you.


3. Refund Process

3.1 Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval.
3.2 Payments made via credit or debit card will be refunded to the same account.


4. Changes to Bookings

4.1 If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us at least 14 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.


5. Liability

5.1 CVE will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions.


6. Special Requirements

6.1 Customers with specific accessibility needs or dietary restrictions are encouraged to notify us at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate all requests, certain limitations may apply based on the nature of the event or venue.


7. General Policies

7.1 By attending any of our events, participants agree to follow the rules and guidelines provided by CVE staff and facilitators.
7.2 CVE reserves the right to remove any participant causing disruption or engaging in behavior that may jeopardize the safety or enjoyment of others.
